The HO v6 sounds pretty good ( cue the "Europeans get 100hp/liter" BS), kind of makes the LS4 in the Monte carlo SS (303hp/320torque) a bit pointless. The wider track makes me think they were also leaving room for bigger tires on the next CTS-V compared to the last one, as it probably could have used wider than 255's on the back. | ^ will bore you to death | Derek: Perhaps they hired the Porsche/Mitsubishi designers for this one? There is a huge difference in the front end, and has a far better stance. As the article states it no longer looks like it's going to tip over. It's wider, more squat, like a sports sedan should be. IMO they seem to be trying to fix the things that need fixing, rather than fucking with what works and leaving the shit parts shitty. The only exception is I'm not sure I like the new grill. | I'm not Moe | I still think the exterior looks overstyled. Funny thing is that it's not as much of a head-turner as I thought it would be in real life. I saw it at the auto show, but only after walking by it twice without knowing it. |

Rep Power: 10 ![]() | I like it. Its a small improvement outside and a MASSIVE improvement inside. If they can price it below the MB C-class, BMW 3, and Audi A4 - I think it would be an appealing option.
