I'd buy the Hybrid version. The escape is an awesome vehicle.

I like the front end much more than the current one. The interior is an improvement, but its not what you would call spectacular. And atleast it'll be cheap

The Escape is actually one of the better vehicles in this kind of segment, atleast according to the various mags and sites.

Just image what you and others would say if I created a few threads dissing the various European and Japanese autos.

I could but I wouldn't. My tastes extend to many vehicles of many different manufacturers, be it American, European, or Japanese.

Have I ever spoken bad about the European or Japanese auto companies? Just look at the threads that I have posted. Sure GM is my favorite, I have grown up with their products all my life with hotrod projects and muscle cars.
While just the other day when I was looking through used cars my focus was on Audi's, BMW's, and Nissan's. I do think people put some Japanese and European auto companies on to high a pedestal though.

Looks like they've just taken the front off a new-model Mitsubishi Pajero and stuck it on...

So, we get this retarted thing that's meant to look like the Territory
![]() And you guys get this mean thing? It's much better than ours.. but i've always hated the Escape. The one i've been inside (prev model) has Ford Escape inside as if it needs to remind you. We must have got that dash shipped over right from Americasland. |

I'm sure BMW is grateful for people like you. Heck, there are even people out there that think the Pontiac Aztec was good looking. It takes all kinds.

Im not a BMW fan you know. Its just that - look at the Ford, its just a box on 4 wheels, with some chrome garnish, added in hope of getting a "modern" and cool look. The BMW got more round shapes and are more pleasant to the eye. My opinion.
