It still looks like a toaster and the gauges in the center still bug me. I guess I have not been in California long enough.

Yeah still looks like a toaster. The wheels the base model gets looks ugly! Interior is ok but there looks to be masses of plastic, which isn't a big surprise.
Nothing appealing here, IMO. |

It looks disgusting. It has zero personality and is more boxy than an old Volvo.
Pure shit on wheels and probably costs like it too.

Still a toaster - it manages to combine boring and ugly very effectively.

Scion - Still dumping low-end JDM product on US fanboys who pay way too much.

I like the looks of this one a little better, but other than that it's pure garbage.

So how come my 32 year old wife, who is self proclaimed "unhip", people in their mid 20's and 30's, and many seniored citizens seem to own the xB?
![]() Still, the new xB is butt ugly, and boy I feel sorry for someone who buys it with a manual and tries any foot techniques...the gas and brake are on opposite sides of the car!

Looks melted, way less distinctive than the first one. Wouldn't it be easier if they just gave us this?
![]() Or even better...the Toyota bB Open Deck!

Seats are useless, as they need to be big and flat so Americans will fit in them.

It still looks like a box on wheels, though!
Wheels look like coasters.. What are they? 17"s?
