The original 8 series was produced between 1989 and 1999 and was powered by a V8 and a V12 engine. We expect this trend to continue with the new model set to use the 438hp 6.0-liter V-12 engine from the 760i and 4.8-liter V8 from the 750i.

front looks like the current E92 3 series coupe, not sure about the styling of the grille.

Looks just as ugly as the CLS. I hope it will never make it into the production line.

i like how everybody is passing judgement on this car even though the pictures shown are renderings that have no connection to BMW whatsoever.

pffft... that can be said with just about any car. Everytime i see that badge i cant help but to smile, knowing that whoever used the smiley is a complete retard.

get over it, mercedes build shitty cars as well.. same goes with audi. They are trying to make money, hence making a car that appeals to majority of the consumers. If there is a market for such a car, they will definetely put it into production.

Think R Class and CLS. Both fugly and pointless, oh yeah the X3 as well. Even Ferrari, knowing that putting a Ferrari badge on their shitty products (Ferrari clocks, laptop, perfume etc.) and poeple will spend big bucks on it.

Maybe its time for me to do some photoshop work and make shit icons for every major car brand. Then maybe ppl will shut up after a while.

People are stupid and BMW had a bad reputation amongst enthusiasts so naturally........ the brainless comments like "bangle's shit design" "bmw badge on a shit car" etc will always appear in a Beemer thread.
