This is extremely OT, but anyway.

Actually the best steak house I have ever been to, is about 15 km north from where I sit right now (click me). It's privately owned and doesn't belong to a franchise. They use beef from local farmers (who feed their animals well) and grill it over open fire.
And I have been to Texas twice, so I can compare ![]() But I admit the BBQ's and especially the spare ribs were a lot better over there, even if the restaurant, which did the catering for a BBQ at the company we worked at, was so filthy, that it would have been closed by the health inspection in 5 minutes over here...
