I have that same issue. While I do like the way Corvettes look, I feel like they are at the same time a bit boring and that the ZR1 in particular should have a much more eye-catching distinctive look.

They're kind of easy to notice, the wheels and vents give it away. There's also the spoiler at the back and the hood of course.

Here's a ZR1 I saw the other day, the wheels at least give it away.

The ZR1's clear hood reminds me of the Cyber Controller from Doctor Who:

Actually, come to think of it, so does the face.

Well yes, they are easy to tell apart, the C6/ZR-1......if you are a monumental petrolhead. An average Joe is lucky if he can guess the Audi A6 and A8 apart. Even more difficult for the average people is to make a difference between let's say Ferrari 612 and 599. Now the 'Vettes are damn near impossible.

And I like that. It's kind of the same thing with the M, RS and AMG cars. They look exactly like their everyday diesel counterparts as far as some coffee shop employee is conserned, let alone some chav in a riced up Civic with the fart can for at least 50bhp when he wants to challenge you off the line trying to impress his girlfriend you looks like a streetfighter....who lost. You only let other people know what you have leving from the stoplights.

Now I fully understand why everyone would like to see the ZR-1 being more exclusive and different. Of course you would want your hyper car to look like one too. I personally just prefer the sleeper efect more. Although I must say that I would like the ZR-1 to have SOME insanity to it's looks compared to a normal C6, but I do like it the way it is a lot.
