From website: offers over. £27,950. (for what is essentially a Peugeot in drag)

In autotrader: 1988 FERRARI TESTAROSSA £29,950

Which would you prefer?

I'd rather drive the 406, 2.2L, Coupe, it's a good sportscar.

boy kit cars sure have come a long way since the Fiero based lambos of the 80's. it's still a terrible idea but hey if people want to spend the money who am i to judge.

Wow. Just stupid. This is what most "tuning" is about: looking nice, not good performance...

But still... I dunno. looks very realistic and I find it strangely appealing.

Generally I dislike replicas and kit cars made to look like something they are not. But a diesel Ferrari looking as good as that... The shere copious amount of herecy somehow balances it out.

I'd prefer one of the SLR's in the background. images/smilies/biggrin.gif But yeah, you're right. Why pay the same amount for a fake, as you would for the real thing?

Because it's not just the costs of the purchase. It's the insurance the maintenance and the fuel... A huge, HUGE, difference between the original and the fake.

Edit: And of course reliability...
