| Did you really have to create a separate thread for each and every car in the show? ![]()

Rep Power: 16 ![]() | Alfa Romeo had other news as well. http://carscoop.blogspot.com/2008/02...romeo-159.html 159 line up has shed weight and enjoys a mild interior facelift. The weight saving will take effect in Brera and Spyder as well later on. But come on, 45kg weight save doesn't seem that much of a deal to me. The 159 is heavy as it is, it should lose far more. |

| .sa = bad driver! | PMing Viper to create a Geneva sub-forum (or just adding the info to the respective cars' threads) would have been a better idea, Overheat.

| well, if no-one liked it, then I won't bother doing it again - just thought you all might like to chat about the show cars. | |

I do appreciate the effort and the fact you actually make threads properly that instigate discussion (unlike some members of the forum who might only post a link to a website), BUT I do think its well and truly overkill, Overheat. I would've thought that after the prior motor shows that you've covered on these forums where the Reply count per thread was fairly low, would've killed any incentive to do it again. And certainly some of the threads are reposts of existing vehicles which we, as a forum, have already discussed in great detail. I find the majority of posts in these motor show threads to be of really poor quality. eg; one sentence posts with not a lot to them. My biggest problem with it is the amount of threads. I can no longer use the "New posts" section because most of them are of the motor show and not of other sections of the forum. I might not be around much anymore, but I do like to read through interesting threads when I got spare time ![]() | |

| ^ will bore you to death | I'm all for posting cars you have opinions on or want to have an actual discussion about, but a lot seems to have just been posted for the sake of posting. |

| Oh thank god. Go for it mate, but do it in a thread like this instead of posting 5,000 seperate threads, pissed me right off. | |
