| The E46 M3's weakest point, in my opinion, was the motor. People over at Renntech, Schnitzer, Hamann, Dinan, etc all said that motor was operating so near the very edge of its limits, you couldn't overly tweak it. That being said, any motor could be chopped and fortified, but at what cost? I hope that the new M3's V8 will be much more aftermarket tuning friendly like the E36 M3. | |
