Re PH I thought that she did not need surgery and her face was OK before. What in gods name has made her the way she is? I don't know but I think that it will be difficult for her to ever change even if she ever wants to. I agree that she was one of the very few people in the world who could have done good out of all proportion to her efforts through her position and wealth but she has choosen a different path for her life, sadly. Remember for every Paris Hilton (born with a silver spoon etc.) there is a Bob Geldorf (born on a poor Dublin housing estate) who just does good.
