WTF is up with the 'slice' scoop thingy on the side lately? Hyundai thought it up first! It's the first decent idea they've had in a while, leave it the fuck alone Ford!

I just wonder if it'll really be FWD. At least that's what I heard last, 300hp from the Volvo 5-cylinder and FWD.
![]() I'm not sure about the color, but the car looks pretty sweet. |

Quite possibly the worst colour they could've used... but I still like what I see - suitably aggro.

I like it. Its borderline rice, but as long as it has some serious power, its good.

Every car on the road has dual exhaust now days. Why? It isn't cool looking anymore it's generic, boring and weird when you know the car has a 1.4l engine. It's a fashion that doesn't belong on sports cars. Personally I think it's fucking ugly and I much prefer a single exhaust pipe. It looks different and un-planned... I dunno but I just HATE!! small cars with small engines that have dual exhaust. |

I must say, i quite don't like that color. And the spoiler on the second picture looks strange.
But apart from that, nice one! The front is properly aggressive, the widened wheel arches look cool, and the back with those exhausts and fins between them is good as well. Imagine that car in something like dark blue... I wonder what the hardware in this one will be. 300bhp as mentioned above sounds good, but fwd? They should really put some nice four-wheel-drive in there, then, with 300bhp, it could even come close to the Evo and Impreza STi. |

Sweet! can't wait to see this car on the road, the ST is amazing but this car
![]() Just read this and it says FWD? not sure if it's true Auto Express has obtained exclusive insider details on Ford's barnstorming Focus RS hatchback! These mouth-watering images, leaked from within Ford, show how the flagship Focus will look when it hits showrooms in the first quarter of 2009. The pictures were generated by Ford designers to showcase the features and overall look the ultimate Focus will have, giving a tantalising glimpse of what to expect from the production version. Ford has exclusively revealed that its Golf R32-slayer will be powered by a turbocharged 2.5-litre petrol engine, producing in excess of 280bhp and powering the front wheels. And if sending all that power to the two anterior wheels sounds like a recipe for torque steer, fear not, as Ford has equipped the RS with an electronically-controlled limited slip differential which cleverly distributes torque to make sure the power goes onto the road effectively. A four-wheel drive system was deemed too heavy and expensive to justify, particularly as the new LSD system is so impressive. We'll be getting more details shortly, so keep checking Auto Express online to get the definitive story first. http://www.autoexpress.co.uk/news/au..._focus_rs.html Last edited by Orange1984; June 11th, 2008 at 07:41 PM. |
