old porsches do run!

Am I missing a point here? They (Porsche design is not the same as Porsche AG, I assume you know that?) made sunglasses since forever. Making one ugly frame for reading glasses somehow doesn't seem to deserve a thread.

Clarkson should get some, seeing as he needs reading glasses now.

And it's awesome to have some blurry text in your field of vision just to remind you that you are an idiot.

My dad has Porsche Design sunglasses. I don't see anything wrong with PD's other products. It's a design studio, not a merchanidisng divison of Porsche.

^ No problem, this issue has been brought up here before... I think when Top Gear smoked those pipes last series. Those pipes and these glasses are ridiculous but most of their stuff looks pretty good and is very well made.
I have one of their ballpoints made of this woven metal crap they claim is used in the aerospace industry. I actually picked it over a simple Mont Blanc since I thought this was less ostentatious. |

I have to admit that I actually own a pair of Porsche Design adidas shoes. So far they are very nice and comfortable.
Although, their marketing ad is quite funny - the bottom of the shoes is designed to fit exactly on the pedals of Porsche 911 ![]() I haven't tried that ...yet

^ Ha! I used to have those shoes as well. They looked and felt great, but gave in after only about three months.
Porsche Design has their own shoes which cost a few hundred, in addition to the ones they make with adidas, which were the ones I bought. I actually think they came out with a whole line of PD/adidas stuff for the budget buyer. |

you guys can call it stupid, and to a certain degree it is, but so long as their making a good product that people are fully willing to buy, and making money on it, then the real shames on you. Get a job

They do look weird but their not that bad, some of the studios stuff is quite nice. I seriously want a pair of the adidas trainers which looks awesome.
