Default Battlefield 2

Who is getting this game I am also I am getting these upgrades next week for it.

128MB AGP 8X NVidia GF6800 for £155 to replace my 64MB NVidia GF4 MX420.

Getting extra 512MB DDR2700 ram to put my ram up to 1024MB DDR2700.

600watt PSU that supports SLI and PCI Express to replace my 275watt PSU.

New £80 case to replace my Dell 5500 Case.

Next month I will be getting a 3rd HDD which will be a 400GB 8MB Cache 7200 SATA Seagate HDD for £250.

I would suggest you buy DDR3200 ram, its almost as expensive as DDR2700 but eventually (upgrading etc) DDR3200 would be more future-proof.

My motherboard only supports up to DDR2700 got my Dell 2 or 4 years ago.

RAM will underclock itself. I put 512MB PC3200 in mum's Dell when I got my gig, it underclocks to PC2100 fine.

Still not spending extra on buying 2 extra 512MB dimms of ram don't wnat to over spend for BF2.

and the dimm you have of 512MB + one new dimm of 512MB = 1GB so whats the problem?

and i suggested you buy 512MB PC3200 instead of 512MB PC2700 since its almost the same price, and it might come in handy in the future.
