Sucks that he "died". He was one of my favorite characters.

I'm not sure you can actually kill Roger. It wouldn't have taken much to write him into the movie somehow.

Huh, I was just reading up on Hellboy characters on wiki and found this under Lobster Johnson:

Guillermo Del Toro has stated that Lobster will not appear in Hellboy 2: The Golden Army due to Mike Mignola's wish to remain true to the character's origin. Del Toro has stated that Johnson may be seen in Hellboy 3 and that he hoped Bruce Campbell would play the role.

Heh, Bruce Campbell seems like a good fit to play Johnson. Maybe Roger will make an appearance in the third movie too.

Del Toro did such a fantastic adaptation of the comic in the first movie, i have good expectations for the sequel. Its such a niche comic as well, which makes it cool
