It will most likely be another failed adaptation, which is a shame, because the plot of the game would make for an excellent action movie.

All in CG done by the guys who did the Halo Wars trailer. O and this movie will either suck or will be good (only choices eh?). The reason, Gears has no real story to break off from so the director could just make up a reall good one from the ground up...and the chances of this happening are slim to none.
