Well, I've checked other websites and all of them announce that GT5 Prologue will hit Europe the 26th of March. So it will be here sooner than expected! images/smilies/biggrin.gif

It's been announced officially today (with the PSN version avaliable the 27th) so probably amazon didn't have time to change the dates.

Anyways, no problem at all for it arriving sooner than expected don't you think?

Britain is getting it on the 27 for the downlaod and the 28 for the Blu-Ray

Why does the US get it later even though the info for the release date was earlier for the US one?

^ I don't really know why. The only thing I know is that way before the release of the JAP GT5 Prologue they already said that Europe would be getting the game earlier than the US. Probably for the car culture and the base of fans which I guess is bigger in Europe.

I'm seriously considering going in on a PS3 with my 2 sisters entirely due to this game (they were gonna wait until the price came down and buy it themselves).

Although the only TVs I have are a normal TV and my PC monitors. Should I wait until the distant future for when we get an HDTV? images/smilies/tongue.gif

My brother and I were trying to come up with ways to justify to our parents that we get a PS3 for this game. Because they claimed us as dependents on the tax returns our college student status gained them over $4,000 in the tax return. It would have been nice of them to let us have that money to help pay down our student loans a little but they already said they won't do that. We both figure it would be nice if they at least buy a PS3 for us, as if a PS3 is a hard compromise. images/smilies/lol.gif

Viper007Bond - As long as your monitor supports HDCP, you can just use a HDMI > DVI cable. Two of my friends play GT5P on their computer monitors.

Right. It comes out 28th March. That gives me 48 days until my GCSEs start, which I need to revise hard for. So definately no games during the exams, and i need to keep as much time as possible free before then. I say April should do the trick, giving me a whole 3 days.
