Default GTA4 Online PS3 Thread

To make it easier to find people to play online with, I thought I'd start a new thread separate from the PS3 username thread as people don't say if they have GTA4 or not.

360 users: you can find friends via the gXboxLive page and just looking for the icon. images/smilies/wink.gif

This list will be in the format of: Forum Username (PSN Username)

Post in this thread to be added to the list and let's go play!

  • Viper007Bond (Viper007Bond)
  • Lilleput (Lilleput)
  • Loz (Pressurization)
  • Amanaman (StartWars)
  • Night_Hawk (andrewsamms)
  • unknownspeedster (Kooper89)
  • TKE (Steel_Rain)
  • Speedtouch (Speedtouch)
  • Vltros (Namcoman)
  • Firecat (Firecat_X)

Loz: That was quite fun, but retarded at the same time. I'd drive well and get out in front, only to get rewarded by getting shot at and killed after getting hit with 2 bullets. Either that, I'd get run into by a laggy motherfucker. images/smilies/sad.gif

I went multiplayer for the first time yesterday. Took a while to find a game. Kept on getting this message that a connection was lost with one or more players.

I got into one of the races, but it was like 3 - 5 minute laps...which really got on my nerves. Then I did some Team Deathmatch....rocket launcher owns.

What have you guys been playing?

I just played cops and crooks for the best part of tonight, and it was a blast, particularly as it encourages voice chat for team work - I thoroughly recommend it images/smilies/biggrin.gif

The PS3 uses Bluetooth headset type mics. Don't know whether it would accept a USB one though.

Oh, damn, so I'd definitely have to buy a mic just for my PS3. Screw that.
