Right now i'm listening to:
Dungen - Ta Det Lugnt (Swedish Psychedelic Rock, v.v.retro)
67 Special - Hey There Bomb EP (Australian Rock group)
Marilyn Manson - Holywood
Breed 77 - s/t (its essentially nu-metal, but the case unfolds to a cross, which is cool, and it actually sounds really Alice in Chainsey, at least in terms of instrumentation)

Also, check out http://www.last.fm/user/ringo_shells for more details.

also http://www.somethingfm.net/ is a music website run by me and a mate. top stuff

Wow, they named a band after me?

Lately I've discovered how great Iggy and the Stooges are, especially Raw Power. As an aspiring guitar player, they're awe-inspiring.

Also, Atom Heart Mother is a great Pink Floyd CD. Very underrated.

I listen to a bit of a variety but my faves are Queen, Oasis and Coldplay. Greatest ever song has to be Bohemian Rhapsody.

Two of the best jazz compilations I have heard. They are, naturally, softer jazz but not MUZAK or Yanni or any of that crap.

Do you know the name of this song?

http://www.jazzafterdark.co.uk/

^^^It's embedded on that website. I've been dying to figure out what song that is.

They are CDs that were compiled by Playboy. You can find them in most music stores. Sorry, I don't know that particular song, but it's good.

On an unrelated note I just got this CD in the mail today:

It's the third CD of theirs I have bought and I love them all.

EDIT: These guys have just exploded, I had no idea they got so popular. The latest album debuted at #2 on the country charts (it's not country but that's where they put it) and climbed to #1!

Got myself Megadeth's latest album 'United Abominations'. Absolutely fantastic and great to hear that Dave Mustaine is still at the top of the thrash metal genre. Definately a candidate for metal album of the year.

One of the best albums I've ever heard.

Best songs ever include:

Rhythm Is A Dancer - Snap
Shine - Take That
No Rain - Blind melon
Plug in Baby - Muse
Praise you - Fatboy Slim
Dancing Outtakes - Gary Schyman (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tT8jA_pps3o - its the background song - I just recorded it using Audacity)
