Can you imagine the scene of when the ninja turtles were created ( in the 80's or whenever)

Listen guys, i have a great idea... You know how this kung fu is popular right? Well lets make a cartoon series, but instead of chuck norris and what not well have four mutant turtles doing the fighting... Oh yeah and they will be teenagers as well and their teacher will be a rat. Ha, whadda ya think reat right??

Now I'd like to see the guy who went: "Yes, that sounds great, lets do that..."

Wow. I thought it was going to be a movie and not a cartoon. Oh well. Looks ok. I'll wait for the real trailer to come out.

Actually, TMNT was originally a comic book, and not one suitible for children. It was pretty violent and dark, but then Hollywood got ahold of it and made it kiddie safe.

Animated? meh. Probably going to end up being PG or weaksauce PG13, and not really worth watching.

It is PG but the people producing the movie said it will be darker than the movies from the early 90s and the cartoons.

Todd McFarlane should get off his lazy ass and correct his previous mistake by making a proper Spawn movie.

Alright, went to see this today. It wasn't "dark" and more "family"...but it's a good starting point for a new franchise. The CGI was brilliant, and the action was pretty good as well.....a lot of cool scenes. The voice for Splinter was off though, he kinda sounded Mexican.

Just saw this. Damn, much better than I expected, and the voice acting was really good, especially since the guys that did the Turtles voices are virtual no-names. And about Splinter's voice, I thought it was spot on, especially if you consider who's doing the voice.
