Anyone pick up the movie on HDDVD yet, just got it yesterday, nice transfer, disc 2 is all hi def resolution extras.

I got the HD-DVD add-on for my Xbox 360, but I have yet to purchase any movies for it (just renting). $30 is a lot for a movie and I'm still waiting for the hi-def wars to end. So, no. images/smilies/tongue.gif

Nope. It was on my Netflix queue for over a month. I had to cancel my service because I was starting my Fall quarter at college which leaves me with no time to watch movies.

Too bad they can't decode the HDDVD yet... The waiting kills me slowly...

You should just borrow it from someone, one of your friends has to own it by now, I think everyone i know who owns an HDDVD drive picked that movie up.

Finally watched it. Not bad. Hardly movie of the year, but well worth my time watching it. images/smilies/smile.gif

as i said before, a good excuse to buy into HDDVD format, esp if you already own an HDTV. if you don't...ignore what i said.

I watched a 720p version of the HDDVD on my PC monitor. 1080p is overkill, plus my current CPU is too damn slow.
