still dissagree mate. there is a big difference between throwing a car sideways in a corner and holding a powerslide. rally only does it on loose surface. i currently own a highly modified A4 turbo quattro, before that a GTR and before than a V8 SS (similar to those monaros that europe got). i could do amazing powerslides in the V8 SS. the GTR would BUCK everytime you go to opposite lock because the front wheels power in when the steering wheels straight. and the audi - forget it with constant mechanical AWD.

im just saying, the Gallardo was probably just powering out of the slide with its front wheels rather than braking individual wheels (ESP). i call Platos b*llsh*t and reckon that segment was crap. i reckon the Gallardo was just behaving like an AWD.
I agree. Thats just the way an AWD behaves I would imagine.

Its still very possible to powerslide/oversteer/drift a car when all the ESP is doing is braking individual wheels. Remember Jeremy in the CLS55 AMG? Thats a good example of it. The interaction of the ESP systems on those cars are not obstructive.

I think what's he is talking about will Only Be Felt While ur racing on a track........ U will never power slide on a public road or a highway so its barley noticeable that the ESP Interferes in a "BAD" way........ I have a Gallardo and its Superb But No I don't think I am Going to Switch to the new SE I mean that's allot of money for barely Different Changes......I just Don't think it Worth the Swap

A shame they didn't find an E30 M3 EVO for the Lancia face off. It would have done a lot better.
