What a fuc****** dissapointment They gave the GTR a full 5 minutes of Jason not saying or showing anything about the car. The bloke from Autocar did the job 100 times better. What a fuc*** joke

And no, it was not the first time on TV, best motoring showed it like 1.5 months ago.

9/10. Indeed one of the better Fifth Gears in a while. Shootout was fairly interesting, camping bit was great, and Tiff and Jason at their best.

I was expecting a better GT-R review. The car itself is what I expected, but reviews I've seen around the internet are far more informative. I figured with this being the first actual TV test, it would be something monumental. I'll have to wait for TG to do it properly I guess. No wonder I never watch FG..

Ugh... what a snoozefest... The most interesting bits were the camping and the tree crash. The GT-R and RS6 were so boring... nothing about the cars was explained. Just "it's good, it's good, it's good"

The GT-R wasnt long enough but it was not bad either and for once i liked every segment of the show

The camping stuff wich i tought i would hate was actually quite funny, the shootout wasnt that bad (i still dont like Vicky but what can you do), the safety segment was as always interesting, i tought it would actually be worse than that, i mean if you are in a 5 star ratings and if the help isnt too long to come i think you would be "ok" well it's just a guess and if it's true what he said about security barrier and a little bit of paint to reduce the risk, it's worth doing, i would like to see a safety segment about road with cliff on one side, i have a lot of those and sometimes there nothing between the road and the cliff

So for the two big part, i think it's stupid to put two "big" car review in the same week, double the time for the GT-R cut the RS6 and put in the next week that would be better

The two segments felt too short i liked them both but a little bit disapointing that's all

Stil a great show, the best of the season so far so it give it a nine

Still watching it, but damn, they are giving away a fucking R33??? Damn, if I'm in UK I'm definitely going to enter this.

Edit:The Fiat 500 looks pretty cute, and seems like it handles quite well, the 150hp version should make it a good competitor to the Mini Cooper S.

The VW vans segment is too long. I don't care about the kitchen or the heater, they should've cut that segment in half.

The GTR review is way to short, the track stuff does look fun, it would've been even better if they compared it to another car (preferrably the RS6), maybe even the R33 that they were going to give away. Compare their 1/4 mile times, lap time around that road course, and how different both car feels. That would've been really interesting.

Too bad they couldn't arrange to have the RS6 and the GTR on the same track, while they are very different cars, they both have twin turbo, both have awd, and both can seat 4. With the RS6 being heavier, they should have about the same power to weight ratio, it would've been great fun to see Tiff and Jason battle it out.

Overall, the ep is not as good as it could be, before watching the ep I was already decided to give it a 10 for the GTR review, but it's just too short, so I'll just give it an 8.

Once again FG proves it's worth of "TG Ratings/10".

They have very good presenters & really cool cars, but they don't know how to "sell" thier material to the viewer.

Overall i though it was a solid "6" episode, although GT-R review of course shud've been longer & much more informative, plus some nice comparison test wud be useful (why not take it to the Nurburgring). The VW vans bit was far too long and pointless, since ppl who actualy buy camper-vans (elderly) will never buy a 10 grand second hand one, strip it out, replace engine & so on so far. And Tiff's review of an Audi estate shud've been aimed at practicality demonstration & finished with "powerhouse" performance on some track or maybe an airfield on fire...

Let's wait and see how TG will dance around the GT-R.

Another solid show - Liked the camping and GTR. The GTR could have been a bit longer IMHO and as someone has mentioned the Autocar review was really good (better). Still, a good 8.

Feels a bit short changed with the GT-R but it was one of the best eps so far in the season.

What was with the Holden ute Tom was driving at the start? I was sort of waiting for them to mention it. Do they sell them in the UK now?

I loved the GTR...but I agree...they should have taken it to the 'Ring' and given it a thorough test.

The camping segment was funny as well. But other than that...im ready for TG...hehe
