Jason Plato finds out just how fast cricketer Shane Warne is on a track. Jonny Smith and Tom Ford battle it out to decide which is best - a diesel Mini Cooper or petrol one. Can a bunch of 13-year-olds design a road junction better than the Highways Agency? It's Britain vs Japan as Vicki Butler-Henderson races the British and Japanese versions of the Honda Civic Type R to find out which is quickest. Plus Tiff Needell drives the Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera.

The JDM Civic Type R vs the Euro should be interesting.

Very, since :

-JDM CTR is 220BHP, 23BHP over the UK CTR of 197BHP.
-JDM CTR has double wishbones for the rear suspension, UK CTR has that *ugh* torsion bar.

Yeah but it seems like the Gallardo's been on Fifth Gear a couple times already...

Off the top of my head - Plato has driven one, Tiff has driven the Spyder version and Tom has driven the regular version with Tiff teaching him how to be like a racing car driver.

Dare I say it - I'm getting bored of it images/smilies/mellow.gif

Again, I will be watching this one. Fifth gear has become miles better than it was when I watched it a few seasons ago.
