I still would rather have the episodes on my computer... I doubt Speed will show the whole season... Plus, having the episodes on my computer has proven to be a great form of entertainment on airline flights and road trips.

of course, you can look at them over and over agiain. even if they were to put TG and 5thG on regular tv stations is very VERY nice to have them stored on ur comp.

better than using tivo or vhs tapes or anything. i look at my eps every now and then. great entertainment images/smilies/wink.gif

Personal i would rather have them on the computer but i will like watching them on tv. keep the vid's coming. i only wish they had brought over top gear. i like it more than 5th gear. owell its a start. 8)

I would definitely still want them for computer. My VCR is in moth balls and have not used it in years. Downloadable episodes are good for archiving as well. Plus the quality of VUK's stuff is good and there are no commercials (always a good thing).

I can get Speed and one of the BBC channels that airs Top Gear on digital cable but its about $120 a month more then Im already paying..... Ill keep downloading 8)

I just saw the news and added it to my dvr but sadly I have no way to capture it or transfer it from said dvr (its the one time warner provides me with, scientific atlanta 6000 I believe.) I also wrote speed applauding their decision and wishing for top gear.

i watched those new episodes of 5th gear last night and they werent the same as the regular ones. a sort of americanized show, but still with vicky, tiff, tom, etc.. kind of dissapointing i felt

and then the first add of every single commercial break was for I, Robot. I've now seen that freakin ad so many times images/smilies/mad.gif
