Same voice in GT4 prologue.

When I first bought the game (glorified demo), it took me a day or so before I realised whose voice it was. The throaty british accent seemed eerily familiar.

I don't have those, but I think you can right click on them and then select delete.
Or if you don't want to see the entire bar, unselect the View->Toolbars->Bookmarks Toolbar menu item.
