Rep Power: 8 | Its their job, and other people talk while they are driving all the time. It would be very strange to drive in complete silence. I kind of agree that driving while using your mobile is distracting partly because you always have to look at the screen at some point and partly because you have to concentrate a lot more on a phone call than an average conversation. But whether or not that is enough to make it illegal is another question.

Rep Power: 32  | Actually I noticed just this last episode that they weave across lanes without indicating. They could at least follow the road rules if they're going to test on public roads.
