We are looking for new co-location due to our current host's mis-interpretation of copyright law and false reports by the ESA.

We need 5U of space for 2 servers, preferably in the US, with 2TB of bandwidth/month. We are fully compliant with the United States DMCA and International Copyright Laws. Send us an offer or any questions to hostingoffers @ finalgear.com .

What was the ESA saying and why would they care since they are mostly into video games?

They claimed our tracker was tracking Crysis, TDU, etc. which of course it wasn't (Quiky tells me it was filtered to only allow TG/FG torrents).

Pretty sure what happened was the torrents were made back when tracker.finalgear.com pointed at bigfoot1942's tracker and then when we switch the DNS to point to our more capable tracker...

Personally, I think we'll probably be fine here at FDC as long as we don't run a tracker, legal as it is or not. I'll probably end up using TPB as the primary from now on or something.

I spent some time looking for hosts, as I don't want this site to go down. I've been a follower of Top Gear for the past 6 seasons, and this is the only site I turn to, seeing as the US doesn't air BBC 2 (or at least not where I live).
