i'm in a bit of a different situation. my provider has set a download and upload limit per month. if i exceed that limit i am put on smallband. so if i were to seed files i would probably be exceeding my limit within the week.

so i'm afraid i am (sadly) one of the leechers. but one that promises to change his ways as soon as the providers around here are dropping those limits.

actually, i WOULD be one of the leechers... i just watch it on TV :p

Sorry, just pondering..
We don't host any trackers ourselves.

(this is for uTorrent)

If you kept the filenames the same, then stop the torrent -> right-click it -> Advanced -> Set Download Location -> navigate to the folder containing the files

If you changed the filenames and have uTorrent 1.8, then stop the torrent -> make sure it's selected -> Files tab -> right-click each file -> Relocate -> find the file under it's new name

uTorrent doesn't care about folder or filenames, it just needs to be told where to seed the data from.

That's understandable and we don't blame people like you who can't help it. Although note these files are available for download via Rapidshare in the "Video Offers" area which may be a better solution for you (as you'd upload 0KB and not take bandwidth from the torrent).

Like one other person here, I am subject to a data cap each month. Even then I've upped my cap (and my monthly bill) so I can at least seed to 1.0 (often 1.5) but sometimes I am running close to my cap for a week or so.

So hands up those complainers who are on limited data plans. I suspect very few.

What intrigues me is that since I delayed my partaking of the season 4 pack, I have only just started and despite Mininova claiming hundreds of seeds and leechers I am showing 0 for 0 in my client. And I know it's working because I have other torrents running just fine. I'm also seeding packs for seasons 2 and 3 and no-one is taking. What's with that?

Edit: OK, so I now see Viper007's comment above (I don't believe in responding to multiple unrelated posts in a single reply!) so I'll chill on that aspect, but anyone got any idea why the 'gear-net seems dark?
