Nordschleife meet 2009 (29th of August)

All right, that other thread's becoming too unmanagable, a new one is in order for this year. I propose we do this in July or August, since most people are free then and there's a big chance of seeing a lot of beauties at the ring. And scantily clad women as well. images/smilies/tongue.gif

I'm free all of July and August so it's not a problem for me.

So, what chump or chumpette wants a ride in my pimpmobile? images/smilies/tongue.gif

EDIT: Ok, it's been decided by more than one person that the meet should be in the last weekend of August. Fine by me. Any objections? No? Motion carries.

I would propose to try and plan around the schedules of the people possibly coming from further away. SolitudeSeraph? TechZ? Chaos? images/smilies/wink.gif

As far as I'm concerned, I'm ready to go as soon as I've got the car and it's in good condition. Which could be anything from 2 weeks up to July.

definitely, convoy is always more fun. But again, exams and formula student will radically limit my free time around then...

Loud, yes. But not bumpy and uncomfortable at all. It's very smooth, I was surprised.

I´m thinking that apart from the third weekend in August my chances of going to the ring are quite slim. Might try to go sometime in the next few weeks though, and probably 24hr race as well...

@MXM
can you shed some light on what it is you are planning on driving to the ring with? I´m guessing it´s not the same old Porsche?
