it seems random, but i think it also depends on the size of the work unit. its not directly related. there are tables for points you get for certain assignments, so you can see how many points you will get.

You can count me in. I've been with Team Rage3D for many years now. I used to be ranked around 60th, but now that everyone else has upgraded their processors, I'm now 200th.

Hmm... everytime I finish a work unit on my desktop the program crashes and everytime I finish one on my laptop, the whole laptop freezes up! images/smilies/sad.gif

I'm using the laptop right now. It's a P4 2.8. Once I get a new video card for my main system, then I'll get that up and running as well. That system is an AMD Athlon 2000+ XP.

maybe he doesn't even have a video card... I managed to get a video card for my second desktop... it supports dual monitors... it has 2 VGA plugs. that desktop is a PII 300MHZ so I don't think theres much point folding with that... I still have no ideo what to do with that though images/smilies/lol.gif

I'm definetly going to use it... I'll prob. run a firewall and use it as a FTP server... my Zonealarm on my desktop that is running F@h is really giving me problems... doesn't let me download WU's... I have turn it off to do it.
