Bacon is totally full of win. Especially when accompanied by eggs, tomato, mushrooms, spinach and thick bread.
Now just dip it in funnel cake batter, deep fry, wrap it in a blueberry pancake, a peperoni pizza and a borrito wrap, and toss it in a sack with some guacamolito sauce, and you've got a winner!

every resturant kitchen i have ever worked in precooks their bacon maybe60% done in the oven and then just finishes it up on the flattop to order.

Yup! The wife takes a baking stone, puts a sheet of baking paper on it, lays the bacon on, and cooks it for 30 some minutes. The bacon comes out grease free and crispier. Heavenly.

Thin and crispy, with carefully scrambled eggs and tea and toast - FTMFW. ....
