Ever eat them? They're worse than chicken gizzards. Back in high school I worked at a place that made them and probably cooked a few orders week. Had to thaw them, batter and fry them. God I hated the bastards that ordered those vile things.

Pretty much all the craziest/disgusting stuff I ever ate was at a Laotian wedding. I have no clue what most of what I ate was; my friends made me sample everything. Some ... a lot of it was pretty nasty.

The yolk has the most incredible taste-warping effect on your taste buds, and is fantastically incompatible with orange juice. That, and each egg is a little grenade of ammonia. And yet, I love these things, and none of my American friends understand.

OH MY! images/smilies/love.gif

I love it when you cook them in porridge and pork/chicken slices, with soy sauce to taste.

I know many westerners don't really like it (they love to gross them out with century eggs on fear factor... sigh), but if you take it bit by bit and if it is eaten with porridge, it really isn't that bad.

This is simple, canned beets. There is nothing worse in the world, at least not that I've tried. The smell, the texture, and the taste. I can never eat beets again.

Genetically modified potatoes, with a gene of a flounder, so they are not getting eated by certain types of microbes. A very common practice nowadays, with potatoes, tomatoes, soy, wheat, corn and many more vegetables and crops.

This "Flounder" modification can be simply discovered, as the actual modified potates will go wrong in 3 months, rather than last a year like the ordinary ones, tomates are the purple'ish colour, with white, almost unripe "inside", and all of those above - will not breed if grown, so they are a "single generation" breeds. This "Flounder" modification is one of the oldest one, developped in late 70s is used nowadays in over 4/5 of all the modified stuff. It's basically the most "safe" of all of them, except for the "breeding" thing, which, in a Russian test in 2007 on rats, not published for "certain" reasons, indicated immence birth problems, with 50% of the subjects not being able to breed, 50% of all the born being "unfit" to live, and 50% of the healthy ones, not being able to reproduce further. So far not confirmed if it has any affect on humans.

From wiki:

The first commercially grown genetically modified whole food crop was the tomato (called Flavr Savr), which was made more resistant to rotting by Californian company Calgene.[3] Calgene was allowed to release the tomatoes into the market in 1994 without any special labeling.

After tomates came all the others of course.

You better not be grouping my Frisco breakfast sandwich in that group. Or soft wonderful bacon egg and cheese croissants/biscuits.

http://forums.finalgear.com/food/kil...37/#post692233

I also ate one of those 1,200 calorie breakfast burritos from Hardee's last year, it was in the name of science. It wasn't bad, but I'd expect more food considering how bad it is for you.

Breakfast Burritos are fine. it's basically an omelette wrapped in a flour tortilla. McDonald's really failing to the breakfast menu though has to be their sausage. it can turn any item on their menu into a gastric blast-fest. I still can't believe ANYONE can eat a McGriddle. now, my vote for the most disgusting thing ever:

...which i can't decide if it's Anchovies, or the pre-made Vanilla coke that came out a few years back. I tried anchovies on pizza once, and i could NOT suppress my gag reflex long enough to even finish one piece. as for the Vanilla Coke, it's the use of artificial vanilla flavoring that does it. there's just no way i can even manage a sip. a Soda fountain with Natural Vanilla extract added, on the other hand is fine.

Raw meat is good, when cured with wind or spices, not plain raw.

I have no trouble eating raw meat. But the onions would make me gag as soon as I bite down on one. I've literally barfed after eating onions.

Yours looks good because it's homemade, but I just can't stand the concept of eating everything at the same time in sandwich form. Call me a traditionalist, but I like my sausages, scrambled eggs, toast, and bacon to be separate.

Yeah, it's weird. images/smilies/blink.gif
