    On his good days I think Seb is a better driver, but Mark has been far more consistent, and is only 1.5 points behind. It'd be ridiculous for RBR to back one driver at this stage when they're both performing equally.
    You can't be a more consitant driver and have a lower amount of points. The points are by definition a method of calculating consitancy.

    You can't be a more consitant driver and have a lower amount of points.
    Sure you can, if you do nothing all year but come eighth, your consistency is perfect, but you only have 16 points.

    Meanwhile someone is all over the place in first, second, twelvth, third, fifth, tenth, they are not consistent at all, but they would blow away the consistent person in points.
