So I just had this idea
Instead of giving fines or time penalties, have the offending party polish the victims car on race day, in public view and since Sato is out of a job, have him standing there, repeating "Wax on, wax off". With the huge egos in F1, I'm sure no one will make stupid mistakes with this in place.
