Which F1 cars do you consider to be the most beautiful? I've only posted one car for each decade, but feel free to share all your favorites.

The McLaren Mp4-13 is my all time favourite F1 car. I have 1/18 scale models, framed pictures, and even represented it in a drawing a few months back. Terrific looking machine, and all time best looking car in my book.

I spent a good hour on this post, and the most time and effort I've ever made for a single post. And it's still not right! It was very hard to not fill it up with Lotus' and McLarens as both marquees have released some beautiful machinery over the decades. Several cars I wanted to add have been left out, so heres a few that I also consider beautiful and worth a mention images/smilies/smile.gif

Brabham BT46B, that is. This masterpiece by Gordon Murray only participated in one race before it was banned. It was the 1978 Swedish GP at Andrestorp which was won by Niki Lauda driving the BT46B.

OK, thanks... I knew it was 40-something, but wasn't sure if it were 46 or 49. Some say that Niki Lauda and John Watson were asked to drive that car slowly in order to keep it legal, not making it look too good.
