I actually like the styling, plus, it's most likely going to have the K20(?) motor and the tranny from RSX/Integra, if thats true this is gonna be one fun car to drive

    oh, and under $20k too!

Yeah, that's fugly. It just doesn't have that X-Factor that the hatch has. Roll on the Civic Type R.

The next big thing? My 1985 Fairmont Ghia (think luxury Taurus or Scorpio for the americans & euro's) had them - they're just woeful, utterly woeful. And they look hideous.

Yes but they were '80s digital. And the '80s sucked in every way. Modern digital looks bloody cool. That Civic dash is a winner.

No, a digital number is a digital number - it sucked then and it still sucks now, regardless of colour or presentation.

Looks fairly sharp. It's conservative enough for the American market, even though it still manages to stand out. Until next year when you can't throw a bottle of Beck's without hitting at least 5 of the damn things.

I wonder what supercrazyferocioushairybeast version they'll have in Japan that they'll mercilessly deny to us Americans. SiR? Type-R? Type SH DC5 Series 2 V-Spec AMG Limited Platinum Edition?

I really like the hatchback design, but the sedan looks like its wearing a backpack

But I do like the proper center console that this one has, instead of that gear lever that looks as if it could be folded away that the hatchback had (it might have been just a concept). That lever also brings a picture to my mind: http://www.mestlol.com/bilder/1989.jpg
