What I don't get is why it's a Top 9 and not a Top 10, it's like he couldn't be bothered to think of one more.

But the Enzo...I wouldn't call it ugly, but I wouldn't call it pretty either; the SLR is not even slightly ugly.
The Enzo looks like a vacuum cleaner.

I kinda like the old sebrings.. infact i own a 95 coupe and an 01 coupe.

I won't own the new one.. (unless the convertible hardtop is as sexy as the previous models)

I just wanted to see what you guys thought.
Agree with you that the Isetta doesn't belong in here, so from your point of view: is the second one the Enzo or the SLR?

I don't like the stupid F1 McLaren nose, and the Enzo looks like a toy, but honestly, they aren't to my tastes, but how you say either is one of the ugliest? Come on.

Plus as far as his list is concerned I'll defend AMC cars and the element. Like if you have something against boxy japanese econo cars, why not the Scion xB or the Cube; I'd take an element over those any day.

As concernts contemporary ugly, how about this:

Good examples, but the Cube is amongst the coolest cars to have ever come out of Japan wheras the Element simply is too big and has too huge amounts of plastic panels fitted to its body.

The Element won't win any pagents, but I don't think it's a particularly ugly car. I see the Element for it's utility, not for it's styling. Some cars are designed to catch the eye and look like sex on wheels, other cars are designed to do a job. The Element is one of these. I actually considered buying an Element to replace my Jeep when I moved out to Califonria. I drove very well and has a comodious interior for plenty of stuff, you can easily fit a fully assembled bike in there and not worry about muddy tires. Although it's not rated to carry the load of a truck it can easily accomidate bulky loads.

As for the plastic body pannels, those are only on the cheaper trim line, you can get painted pannels if you want. I just think most people that buy the Element buy it for the utility of the vehicle and don't really care about the appearance.

Didn't know that. Still, it doesn't fit into the "cute little box" design category in which the Cube definitely belong.
