Apparently the new Lotus Europa blows

For once I'm glad we don't get this Lotus in America (dear God, I must be mad). "Business Class by Lotus" is like saying "Gourmet Dinners by Pocky"...both terrific in their respective senses, but oxymoronic at other stuff.

Whatever. It seems like a stopgap before the new Esprit gets here, and I can't wait for that.

It's not a proper LOTUS. IMO

well then we just have to wait for the new Espirit to come back for a proper new Lotus, I bet that one will be a blast to drive

I can see the writer's point - it's stuck in between categories, and ends up being compromised for both.

a sad attempt to try to compete in that segment of the market. I hope it sells tho, i'd hate to see Lotus go
