| I've created a wiki for Best Motoring International. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Best_Mo..._International Best Motoring International is Japan's preeminent automotive magazine, video, and DVD series. The videos are marked by non traditional races and challenges such as the Tōge battles, in which one car tries to outrun another on a twisty mountain pass. The show therefore focuses on performance and tuned machines. The drivers are the premier racers of the the various Japanese racing series, including JGTC, the D1 Grand Prix, and Formula Nippon. Some of the regular hosts/drivers include the 'Drift King' Keiichi Tsuchiya, Manabu Orido, and Juichi Wakisaka. At this point it is only a stub feel free to contribute and edit it. Please be mindful of spelling and grammar. If you are unfamiliar with the process of creating wikis, read the tutorial first. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Tutorial | |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | er...do u mind me leaving comments here for you to add on? don't forget that if u refer to best motoring international, there's Hot-version and the standard best motoring international. Hot-version is more about tuned rides and special races with funny segments in between like how the hosts make fun of each other.... and best motoring international standard is just about car reviews.... if u look more in depth into the japanese original ones they actually choose to categorise some of the things they do like the N2 AE86 races and specific car type reviews and battles. hope this helped you!

| asianthology012c I don't mind anyone leaving comments or corrections here. But the point of Wikipedia is that anyone can edit the entries, the reason why I started this thread is because I'm sure there are many other BMI fanatics on Finalgear and you know a lot more about it than I do. So I would prefer people in addition to this thread, elaborate on my wiki stub themselves, instead of me being the sole editor or something, that isn't what Wikipedia is about. | |

Akihiko Nakaya, their old AWD expert and Mechanical guru is now running a driving school (for Porsches AFAIK). Nobuteru Taniguchi moved to the US (pointed out in the Option International videos). What's worrying are the new presenters brought on-board by Tsuchiya. Whereas the old cast and crew were really monuments on their own right, Daisuke Ito and his chum are unproven rookies. One drastic demonstration of this is the slalom run during the 130i review. Naoki Hattori was at least one or two seconds faster than his younger counterpart driving the same car. Looks like the series might be starting to suffer from the old-boys-club effect. | |
