Something kinda sad about the way that things have come to be. Desensitized to everything. What became of subtlety?

65For some reason most of my cars are blue. I do like blue cars, but if I were ever to paint a car it would probably end up green or purple.

I like Blues and Oranges. I also like darker reds and "metallic" grey colors. It all depends on the car. I like only a few cars in white for example. I do, however, hate those "white pearl" colors.

103This sort of metallic blue is a VERY hit or miss colour in my opinion. If the paint finish is perfect, it looks stunning, but if it has even the slightest screwup in the paint coat, it looks very cheap. A lot of "tuning" cars over here are painted that colour, and mostly look terrible.
24Trust me when I say the car looks beautiful in person - my camera skills just suck the big one. The owner of the car is a perfectionist and gets small flaws in the paintwork fixed every year. It was originally painted by a professional shop, not some kid in a driveway.
0please can anyone can get mi paint code for CLIO GT Malta Blue colour???? i need ittttttt.....![]()

713It depends on the car.
You can put any color on a classic Beetle and it looks fine, hell you could paint a classic Bug in Yellow, Green and Blue paisley and it would pull it off.
Let's go through the list of my cars and their ideal colors.
1976 Volvo 245: Brick/Sandstone red.
1998 Camry: Who gives a damn. White is practical and weathered well, so let's go with that.
2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport (XJ): Looks good in Red, but I had paint problems with it. Not that I care, it's still the best color for that car.
2004 Civic: The Honda Blue looks great when it's maintained.
2006 Nissan XTerra: the brick-red and "solar yellow" look damn good. I also like the blue that was on the first generation. Mine is "night armor" (charcoal) and it looks fantastic when it is clean.
13Grabber Blue has always been one of my favorites.
