Default DB9 SIGHTING!!!

Have any of you guys been blessed to see one on the roads with you?

Last week, I saw a blue DB9 zipping through traffic about 10 cars ahead of me. Naturally I downshifted and blasted through the other cars to catch up.

He must have been going at least 100mph because it took me a couple minutes at 100+ to come right behind him.

I almost wet myself looking at it. When the chance came, I gave the driver a big thumbs up and I took off. The driver was a middle aged man who was talking on the phone. Why he hadn't used Bluetooth, I don't know.

Living in a ghetto city like Riverside, I was surprised that anybody would have the class to buy an Aston here. I've seen a Gallardo, Phantom, F360, Maybach, and a Quattroporte in my city but never something like an Aston. There's an aura around an Aston that makes it really special I guess. images/smilies/thumbsup.gif to Aston for creating such a beautiful car.

Sorry, I had to rant about this one. My first DB9 sighting in the States.

they're quiet 'regular' over here

DB9 and maserati 3200GT, those are the cars which are bought by the person who has no knowledge about cars but does want an exclusive cars, so you see them driving by every now and then

I sat in one at a Volvo/Aston Martin dealership here in Melbourne, I can't really think of a better interior then the DB9's...

Its actually quite low and gosh I love the door handles....work of genious and they feel really solid.

A couple of weeks ago, I saw two different ones in a three day period. The second one was a powder blue--not the best color for an Aston.

i was driving behind one yesterday, but not for long because it was the SLOWEST car on the PCH (pacific coast highway) and ironically enough the fastest was a city bus, so i stuck behind it for the rest of the way.
i see them every day when driving through malibu and santa monica.

looking forward to august for the running of the bulls images/smilies/biggrin.gif

I just saw my first one yesterday driving 25mph the other way through traffic. images/smilies/sad.gif However it was a great sight to look at some older guy was driving it. Amazing car to see in person makes me really want to get one someday.

I was in Schilde last Thursday, it really seems that the people there spend a lot of money on cars images/smilies/biggrin.gif images/smilies/biggrin.gif
I have seen the Maybach there before. There is only one driving around there regulary though. But I have never come across so many Range Rovers on the same day, everybody just seems to have a luxury SUV.
BTT I have seen my first DB9 in June last year, it's a really nice car. images/smilies/smile.gif

why doesn't this go in the Isaw... section?... is the db9 really that special it needs its own thread like TG's fridge?.... its a nice car but if I had a list of 10 coolest cars, that won't be there

I've seen 5 or so DB9s so far. They're obviously not particularly rare 'round here!
