A good friend of mine was killed in a car accident over the weekend. It's shocking to think how quickly a life can be taken away, just like that.
A lot of us like to have a bit of fun on the roads, but it's not worth a life. Please, drive safe. That is all. |

I'm sorry to hear that Flamingice.
I see people driving recklessly all the time around here, they use other cars as slalom gates and do upwards of 70 mph in areas posted at 35 mph or on the bridges (50 mph). If you want to get your speed on, please go to a track day.

Sorry for the lost.
Please remember the road is not a race track and for god's sake, please wear seatbelts. |

sorry to hear about your lose.
Its strange how one of the fastest drivers (not exactly reckless, but one could say so because of his speed) also happens to have witnessed more road deaths then any other person i know, maybe his sense of reality is what keeps him from having high speed accidents like most people would at his speeds |

Sorry to hear that, man. It's one thing to have your own perceptions on how you drive, but when something like this happens everything changes.

I'm very sorry to hear that.
I always see young kids driving recklessly at night, when there aren't many cars. However, there ARE cars, and most people on the road don't want to get themselves killed. Please drive responsibly.

I also lost a friend to a car accident, about a little over a year ago. His brother was driving and fell asleep at the wheel. Nobody was wearing seatbelts...ALWAYS BUCKLE-UP!
I know how you feel. |

Sorry to hear that. My most sincere condolences.
A few nasty crashes I've had have taught me first hand the (possible) consequences that driving can have. I'm sure your friend would be glad to know that he has friends that care about him so much. |

Thanks everyone for the support. The accident wasn't caused by reckless driving, but by bad judgement, probably due to tiredness. She was one of the happiest, most energetic people I knew.
You hear about these things all the time, but until it happens to somebody close to you, you don't realize the impact something like this can have. |
