Just happend then.. as i was reading this for the first time.. looked and yep there is 3 of them driving past so far.

It says on the side that its acutaly closed so maybe nothing bad happend just there is racing going on so they need an ambulance or something

I have no idea whats going on, dont know what the tent is either, but people are driving through it. Maybe it is a test for various things done by the police.
