This.
Is. Awesome. (ignoring the family cars which are, most likely, photographers' cars)

Some rich people showed up and wanted to drive the track.
Who freaking needs an excuse to bring out a Carrera GT? No one. That's who. A Carrera GT makes everything better. EVERYTHING. |

It seems The Stig likes to spend his holidays driving MC12s round the 'ring...

Fairly sure it's a Viper.

That's what I thought, but didn't it get totaled a little bit ago? And the rear end doesn't quite look like a Viper to me.

Seriously?
It's the Zakspeed Viper. Should be well known.

Zakspeed has many vipers.
The "big one" was totaled in the 24h Race, their "slower" race viper is still going and this is the Viperjet, a stock viper with some vinyls and a spoiler to carry tourist round a long and boring lap. The boring part is because a friend of mine did it and said he pretty much cruises around because he can't catch the beast once it starts oversteering, the driver (really good racer) said "once it goes, countersteer and pray"
