Starbucks is the first coffee place that came to mind.

My boss at work drives a regular Escalade and one day I asked him about the fuel consumption, whether he was getting 15MPG and he replied: "I wish!"
37020MPG is actually pretty good, considering it seats one million. Heck I get less than twenty in the city in my car.

I believe it's 2-3-4... which I'm guessing is optimistic in the back seat.
Yeah, though, there's no way I would voluntarily drive one. And, the thing is, they're all owned by drug dealers, who don't generally have 7 kids to drive around.
Well, it is 2 meters wide, so in theory it should be manageable.... I'd have to see it myself to believe it though
maybe not 7 kids... but 7 henchmen?
The thought just occured to me.... why not use a 3-3-3 config? Back when we lived in the states we had some sort of plymouth or something which had 3 seats in the front and 3 in the back (and 2 doors - rofl)
0Maybe shes a drug dealer, who knows, but one of the nicest and best tipping customers at work drives a brand new Escalade, so for that i can't really hate Escalade drivers. Plus its better to buy something that atleast has a sense of style then say a Kia. I'm not at all Pro-SUV, but most cars look so generic now-adays i am almost happy that people choose Escalades just because they can pull off the pimp-mobile look.
First of all, you obviously have never owned a proper 8 cylinder have you? So what would you know about their appeal, and as HiddenHunter already mentioned you'd need a 4cyl to rev its nuts off to put out enough juice to pull a 3 ton SUV, plus 4cyl are, by design, fairly unbalanced, so even if you made a 4.0 liter it would most likely shake the hell out of the whole truck, either that or it would loose any rational reason for existing by having huge balasts added to it.
One thing that really puts me off this thing, it's over $70,000. For that money, you could have your choice of sturdy German quality, not some plasticky American barge.
I doubt it can seat 9, the only realistic way to seat 9 would be to have 3 rows of bench seats. So it would be 3 seats in each row. I'm pretty sure that you can't get a bench seat in the front, and there is no way there could be 4 seats in the third row. You can configure the 2nd and 3rd row to have 2 or 3 seats each. So you can have 6, 7, or 8 seats.
370I have no problem with V8s but I thought I better mention this the world's highest displacement production four banger (3L).

7If US-Rappers start to think about the environment there might be a market. Nice attempt to make a rubbish car a bit less rubbish.
I recently got to see some Escalades for the first time when I went to a Cadillac dealership. Huge, and very pointless for the UK, but in a stupid way I like it, and I know I'd have one over a Prius (no congestion charge in a Escalade, think about it!)
I saw the new CTS as well, and that was much more interesting. Very, very nice car. make a hybrid of that here...

This is only so that idiot celebrities can continue to flaunt their pimped-out Escalades and still say they are driving a hybrid.
Just like a regular Escalade is the same vehicle as the Suburban/Tahoe, only pimped out in a grotesque manner. And the Suburban/Tahoe is little more than a civilian Bluebird school bus (short version, of course). So Escalade owners are driving around in pimped-out short buses!
Every time I see a black Escalade (which is often in Brentwood), I think "now there's an idiot". To spend that much more money on a dressed-up Suburban, and then to have a black one with the Tennessee summers we have to deal with, a person would have to be hopelessly ignorant. And yet, they somehow managed to get financing for it, and can afford to feed it...

OT! OT! OT!
You're thinking of the little corner lot, right? It's now Global Motorsports. They rarely have Rolls or Bentleys, unless you have a specific request. Same for my friend Sean Petty, who has Music City Motorsports. Sean typically handles more Astons, though, thanks to a good friend of his who collects them. He does have a Bentley Arnage on the lot currently. But no hybrids, naturally.
