Looks like a Champ/CART car. Looks like "Johnson Mam****" written on the side.

Sorry, i don't follow that series, so I can't tell you anything else about it.

Can't confirm the "Johnson Mancock", but did some digging, and the car belongs to Robby Gordon (well, that's the driver anyway).
