So what's new about that? Rolce Royce has always encouraged people to study technical subjects. They offer internships and work experiences.
Shouldn't this be in offtopic? They don't make cars do they?

this has nothing to do with cars, it's the aeronautical RR, not the automotive RR. the Phantom isnt that complicated, it's a home theater on wheels.
i sure hope the aeronautical RR gets the best people in the world, and not just the best of the local bunch, we rely on their engines when we fly.
