I just swung by to pick up some tie-down bar straps, so I didn't have my gear with me.

EDIT.

Apparently Adam "Nasally Annoying" Carolla is doing pod casts now. In this one, he talks about motorcycles; and by "talk" I mean "goes on a profane rant about loud pipes and 'hogs.'" I certainly am no fan of loud-as-hell Harleys being ridden my morons and assholes, but Carolla goes too far by wishing that they "all be killed by drunk truckers."

See, things like this are why I'm glad Top Gear America got cancelled. People who think that loud, irritating, FUCKING DISTRACTING Harley riders in their merchandise and flab and "I'm an asshole and proud of it" attitude = ALL bikers.

Also, Adam carolla loves sports bikes. What he hates are people on chopers with screamin' eagles exhaust that try to look as a badass as possible and declares them posers. He says that the only reason why they ride their bikes is because they want to draw attention to them and he is not willing to give it.

Ok, i've decided my next bike will be a CBR600 ..I was going to get the RR but seeing as i want to ride it to work and back (after having a sit on it) i've decided to opt for the F as it's a more comfortable compromise and probably a little less forgiving for a first 'proper' bike.. BUT, i don't really like the 'all one seat' look, again BUT, there is the FS which looks rather nice.. Now i haven't came across an FS and have a strange question that SOMEONE out there may know.. Are they as comfortable as the F? I can't tell the difference in pictures.. at all with regards to distance from seat to handlebars..

The F and the FS is basically the same bike, and they are both comfortable. Why don't you get a F and change the seat.

I have a F converted to track use.

Very nice suit, Avanti. Not much Clover in North America, but that hasn't stopped my 'team':

Thanks Klutch, I have red sliders though, which is much cooler!

Do you work for OWD?

I contribute sometimes.

I agree, red sliders would be perfect on that suit. What did you pay, if you don't mind my asking? I just picked up a Dainese Laguna Seca in the same sort of color scheme...but I haven't even had a chance to wear it out on the bike yet!

I think around the same. When I go to www.cloveritalia.com, they're actually headquartered in Vancouver...go figure. The only place I've seen selling them is a specialty shop here that sells Benelli bikes.

I don't know what the relation between Clover and that site is but the prices seems very good!
Are they usd or cad?

edit: I also got a pair of Clover "wet pants"

I got my bike running today ... and I was a half-hour late for work because that 'long way there' route turned into me riding around until I realized I should really be at work.
