Yeah get a FS or any other seat of ebay, the reason I proposed it is that I got the impression it was much easier to find a F (and they should be cheaper).

To mount the FS seat you also need a new rear subframe.

You're not wrong, an FS is quite difficult to find. I'll look into it. Cheers man.

I haven't really done much in the way of maintenace/care for my bike, so somebody suggested to me I should try out Muc Off for cleaning. Found a bicycle store near me that sells it too, only the actual cleaner though.
What do you guys think?
Also, I guess I should probably get some chain lube to apply after cleaning or driving in the rain, but I am seriously confused as to what I should get. I was thinking to just go with Yamalube, but it's kinda expensive, so I've been wondering about less costly options.

In other news, my suit should be here in a few days! Woo!

Does the gear oil have enough adhesion that it doesn't cover your rims and legs with oil while driving?

Just don't over-apply it and it will be fine. I've sometimes put it on too thick and had to clean off my rims, but I've never had it spray onto my legs or anything.

Suits always look dumb when you're standing, they are tailored for the riding position, so on the bike it looks much better.

I beg to differ. Someone slashing your seat sucks harder, and for some reason people do it (or at least used to) all the time 'round Tokyo.

But birdshit does suck.
