Bentley Arnage Sedan - $243,990 - 10 mpg city / 14 mpg highway

WOW.. a lamborghini gallardo?

Are they SURE SURE? Interesting... and yeah i would expect the Ford GT to be there too... Or a ferrari Enzo - does 15 mpg (i think Tiff said that)

Also i wouldve thought that the Veryon would be alot less than 8 mpg - more like 4 mpgs or something...

Nice find

the Arnage T and the Azure will get worse mileage than the normal Arnage.

How many SUVs are there that are over $100,000, anyway? Not even a Porsche Cayenne Turbo S approaches that, aside from greedy dealers and ridiculous options. Just curious.

as far as i know the GT gets passable mileage when driven at EPA speeds (not in any way sporty). the viper would feel very at home in that list but it's right under that $$ mark.

but i think this is the most useless list ever. it's like complaining about how much water Bill Gates uses when showering. uhm yea, it could be 5x more than the average person, but it's something like 0.0001% of the population which really has no bearing on anything.

There are alot of trucks and SUVs in America, but even a Hummer would have trouble making this list.

The production run of all these cars combine pales in comparison to the production run of any single American SUV.

These cars may consume more but very few people can buy them

Yeah but, if Bill Gates went around on tv talking about how people needed to conserve water then it would be slightly screwed up. Which btw someone I think Barbra Streisand? has done this. Lectures people on water use and then uses about a 100 times more water per month at her home then the average american.

I have roots in both continents and I allow myself to be objective about the biases in both directions. All I want to point out is that Europeans shouldn't be preaching about fuel economy and how green they are when they aren't exactly angels themselves. Last time I went to England, I was just stunned by the amount of Land Rovers I saw.

The volume of cars hardly matters, it's just odd that people are morally opposed to Hummers because they are big, but if something can do BIG SPEED and is infinitely less practical than a hummer - which despite its ridiculous looks, is a very versatile vehicle - then that 2nd vehicle is OK, it's cool and all the fanboys can drool over it.

Oh yeah, and let's not even get into the amount of diesel particulates in the air in some major European metroplises (cough, cough). images/smilies/biggrin.gif

Do you wanna imply now that Europeans use more fuel than Americans or what? Crap thread. I can show you a tank that uses 10 times more fuel. Pointless? Exactly.

What is it with that "we-are-better-than-you-are"-attitude? I think you need to get laid.
